Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Acceptance
By using InstaEasy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What the service does
The site resolves publicly accessible media links and streams the corresponding file to your browser. It does not host media, does not maintain a media library and does not bypass authentication.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this service to:
- Download content from private accounts or content you are not permitted to access.
- Republish, resell or claim ownership of media you downloaded from someone else.
- Circumvent paywalls, access controls or regional restrictions.
- Attack, scrape at volume, or otherwise overload the service.
- Process unlawful material of any kind.
Copyright
Downloading a file does not grant you any rights to it. Copyright in every photo, video and audio track remains with its owner. You are responsible for making sure your use of a downloaded file is lawful in your jurisdiction β personal reference and archival use are usually fine, redistribution usually is not.
We respond to valid takedown notices. If you believe this service is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at hello@instaeasy.fun.
No affiliation
InstaEasy is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Platforms change their systems frequently, which can break a tool without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that any particular link will resolve successfully.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost profits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
